Terms of Service

damantra provides a cloud-based workflow and operations platform for production businesses — covering orders, production management, quoting, invoicing, and a customer-facing portal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@damantra.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

One account per person. You may not share login credentials with others — add team members through the organisation settings instead.

You agree not to:

• Use damantra for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data, systems, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Introduce malware, scripts, or automated tools that disproportionately burden the infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to damantra without our written consent.
• Impersonate damantra, its staff, or any other person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into damantra — orders, customer records, invoices, and all related content. By using the service you grant damantra a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not claim any ownership over your business data. On account termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

damantra currently offers a free tier. Paid plans, where available, will be described at the point of purchase, including pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If a paid plan is introduced, we will give existing free-tier users reasonable advance notice before any charges apply.

damantra, its logo, and all platform software are the intellectual property of damantra and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand assets, trademarks, or proprietary technology beyond what is needed to use the service normally.

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information — including non-public product details, pricing, and business data — confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

damantra is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, damantra's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of data.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections covering data ownership, intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of damantra after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which damantra operates. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
